Micro-Pause
Incorporation of micro-pause habits in the organization.

Micro-pause is a simple mental and body self-care technique.
Neuroscience shows us that moving the body has a fundamental impact on mental and emotional well-being.
Establish the Micro-Pause habit:

Learn to mobilize them to keep them healthy and flexible, investing about 3 minutes a day.

- Return to the present.
- Balancing the cerebral tonsil that is the stress trigger as demonstrated by neuroscience.
- Generate micro-pause habits.

Workshop to promote mental calm:
The objective of this workshop is to deepen the calm, attention, and mental approach through individual and team dynamics. Neuroscience demonstrates that a calm mind is creative, organized, and effective.
Non-violent communication workshop:
It is a technique developed by the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg to communicate with care and efficiency, create connection and bring people closer to a positive impact on the company's communication.
