The Being Profile is the official assessment tool of the Being Framework™, the first-ever framework for how humans 'ARE BEING' in the world.

(*) What is an ontological assessment tool?

Ontology is the study of being. An ontological assessment tool measures a range of Aspects of Being specific to the person who takes the assessment.

 

The Being Profile is an example of an ontological assessment tool in that it measures, via a comprehensive questionnaire, who and how the individual completing the assessment is being in their life across 31 Aspects of Being within the scope of performance, effectiveness, and leadership.

The Being Profile, in combination with the support of an Accredited Practitioner, will shine a light on your Being so that the troubled sides that get in your way of achieving what you want become visible.

​

The Being Profile will show a precise map of how you are being, including qualities such as authenticity, integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, and assertiveness.

​

The process brings to your awareness brand new opportunities to accomplish the intentions you have for your life or your work. Should you choose to, you can further transform the identified areas by continuing to work with an ontological coach.

How do you Take the Being Profile Assessment?

​

1. The Being Profile starts with taking an online questionnaire issued to you by a Being Profile  Accredited Practitioner.

If you are not yet in contact with a Being Profile Accredited Practitioner, get in touch and our team will match you with one that is best suited to your needs.

​

2. The questionnaire takes 45 minutes on average to complete. The questions help to create a multi-faceted understanding of how your relationship to certain fundamental qualities, or Aspects of Being, is resulting in your current levels of performance and effectiveness.

​

3. After you complete your assessment questionnaire, your Being Profile Accreditation Practitioner will set an appointment for your Being Profile Debrief Session. In this two-hour session, your Accredited Practitioner will walk you through your Being Profile results in a personal, online, one-on-one session that is both private and confidential.

​

​

What is a Being Profile Debrief Session?

​

The power of the Being Profile is not solely in the report, but rather in your Accredited Practitioner relating the results to your life and work and identifying areas of focus that will disproportionately yield greater, breakthrough results.

 

By drawing new connections between your Aspects of Being and the results and experiences in your life, you deepen your understanding of what drives your personal levels of performance and effectiveness and you open up brand new opportunities to shift them.
